We have released private sessions for you to get into the air feeling confident, safe and strong! These private lessons are a fantastic way to progress and reach your potential with:
- Focused direction and spotting
- Extra support for tricky moves
- Tailored conditioning drills to challenge your strengths, and progress any weak spots.
Private sessions will give you the best possible chance to improve, with dedicated support from our excellent team of instructors.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note, under current regulations we are NOT able to offer group exercises classes. Please ONLY book a shared private session with others inside of your bubble. Sadly, sessions booked with those outside of your bubble will NOT be able to go ahead until regulations are lifted.
