POWER HOUR Membership

This POWER HOUR monthly membership is for anyone looking to accelerate their training and reach their full potential.

With your POWER HOUR membership, you will have access to specifically curated STUDIO, ONLINE & PRE-RECORDED training aimed to build strength and flexibility for aerial, prevent injury and to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

A POWER HOUR is 60 minutes of dedicated practice to level up your training, imagine how much further forward you will be by the end of the year by adding just 60 minutes at a time of extra stretch and strengthening. Whether your 2023 goal is to increase your flexibility to have more stamina, to return to the air after an extended time away or to progress to more advanced tricks this is the path to get you there. Start small, 60 minutes at a time, keep it fun, train with our community, but make the COMMITMENT to your practice, 60 minutes practice sessions throughout the year will add up to major progress. How exciting!!

You can unlock access to 6 sessions every month for only £36 with your POWER HOUR monthly membership!

Membership includes:

  • 6 POWER HOUR sessions from a choice of 50 each month, including online stretch, in-person studio stretch classes, handstands, acro, pilates, yoga, and flying solo open training.
  • Unlimited access to our PRE-RECORDED class library, with new classes added every month.
  • Discounted class prices, saving £15 per month compared to booking classes individually.

Our POWER HOUR membership includes BOTH flexibility and strength training. As we increase the range of motion in stretching it is SO important that aerialists also strengthen to reduce the risk of injury and to be able to show off these new shapes in the air!
