HELLO THERE AERIALIST. It is time to take your training to the next level.

You have already achieved so much, taking flight, adding new moves to your repertoire and testing your strength and courage every class. But perhaps there are a few things that could use some focused attention to help you to progress to that next level. Whether you are in need of some extra time to work at your own pace, additional hands-on support or focused training drills, a goal-getting session will give you the motivation, focus and clarity to fly forwards.

The great news is that you are MORE THAN capable of getting there, we just need a plan, and that’s where I come in.

During a 1-2-1 goal-getting session with me, we’ll work through your nemesis moves. You will gain:

  • Additional support and spotting in all of the moves.
  • A break down of the correct technique to acheive the move.
  • Clear understanding of the muscles needed to master those moves, plus training drills to build strength moving forward.
  • Time and space to try, play and push yourself with my support, expertise and cheerleading!

< I am now fully booked for November, Get in touch for December and 2022 training! >

You are invited…

Each month I am inviting 5 aerialists to train with me for the whole month! That is a course of FOUR goal-getting sessions to level up your training. Whether you are starting from the very beginning, creating a routine for performance, or ready to commit to becoming your strongest and best self, I would love to help you to get there!

The great news is that your strongest self is already inside you, I can help you to let them out 🙃

A course of four goal-getting sessions is £175.00 – Places are very limited to ensure that I can dedicate my time to those five aerialists taking part each month get in touch if you would like to be one of them!

“I had a series of private lessons with Lorna after I’d taken a bit of a break from the hoop and my confidence had dropped. Having some focussed 1:1 time was amazing, we spent longer thinking about conditioning as well as having that extra support to tackle some of the tricky moves that I’d not nailed in bigger classes. Also, she is brilliant company and super supportive which is the cherry on top!” – Niki

“I initially started private sessions as my work schedule meant I couldn’t make timetabled classes. But having one to one feedback and support from the amazing teachers at Leeds Aerial Arts really helped with my confidence in the air! They’re amazing and I can’t wait to be back!”  Jess
